Counselling

A counselling appointment may extend to an hour or more.

Prior to a session a client is requested to complete a short questionnaire and consent form.

The client is then invited to discuss current issues and challenges.

Elaine attunes to the client's energy field and proceeds to read the client's subtle energy body.Elaine provides a chart mapping out  energy blocks in the chakra sysem and aura and this is fully explained and discussed.

Elaine may suggest a number of appropriate courses of action for the client to consider, teach a self healing technique, carry out some hands on healing or prepare a flower remedy.

It may or may not be necessary to book several sessions to work through the layers of the problem and  reach the heart of the matter.

Phone sessions are also available and extend to an hour.
